This class will gently introduce or reintroduce you to the practice of yoga.
Service Description
Join Jennifer for the next few weeks, for a gentle reintroduction to yoga, whether you have been away from your mat for a month or maybe years. Starting anew after a hiatus requires a kind approach to physical engagement, particularly if there have been some injuries since your last visit. With Jennifer’s patience and guidance, you will reintroduce your muscles to yoga, with poses that quietly stretch and strengthen without strain. Even if you have lost some flexibility since you stopped practicing, we will help you awaken your body’s awareness with a lengthy warm up, using small mindful movements, while seamlessly energizing your mind-body connection. Appropriate for beginners as well as experienced yogis.
